CA Aditya Vasant Kadam is the Founder & Proprietor of A V Kadam & Co., a Chartered Accountancy and business advisory practice focused on helping entrepreneurs and growing businesses move beyond compliance towards stronger financial management and sustainable growth.

With 8+ years of combined professional experience, including experience in Chartered Accountancy practice, he has worked across accounting, taxation, audit, regulatory compliance, financial management and business advisory. His work spans areas such as Virtual CFO services, strategic financial advisory, taxation, corporate compliance, business restructuring, profitability analysis and financial planning.

What sets his approach apart is the belief that financial expertise should translate into better business decisions.
